How we work
It is probably best to start off with a meeting or a talk on the phone. This will allow you to sound us out and we can get a feel for what you want to achieve. Then we can work out if it is feasible and whether we can help.
Please do not feel that your project is too small to be of interest or value. We want to help businesses of all sizes.
There is no right or best way to begin. You might start off with the idea that importing might be the right thing to do but are then a bit vague on how to move forward? We can discuss this. Or you may have a clear idea of the products that you want or are available.
If you want to source products from the UK or Asia then we need to collect a brief from you. If we think you are best going elsewhere for them, then we will tell you. After giving you the quotes, you can decide whether to order or not. There is no charge for quotes, but we do reserve the right to decide whether to quote or not.
We encourage serious customers to visit a selection of factories in Asia with us, including those we recommend for your products. We organise the itinerary for these trips and accompany you throughout with members of our Merchandising team who are Mandarin speakers.
You may have your own freight forwarder organised or you may need assistance with that and the administration. We can help.
We don’t work alone, our partners in Asia are essential. They understand what is available and from where in China and Thailand. Most importantly, they will provide the essential QC checks on your products using our own in house QC teams.
