How much does it all cost?
The price that we quote you for a product will be in $. It includes:-
- Taking your brief and making any suggestions that may be helpful or improve it
- Instructing all of our sourcing teams
- Searching for appropriate factories and products
- Gathering relevant information and providing you with a written quote
- Taking your feedback and re-sourcing or re-quoting as required
- Taking your instructions on coding, packaging and labelling
- Arranging samples (Client pays for samples and freight to UK)
- Arranging packaging and shipping marks
- Agreeing terms and contracts with the factory
- Undertaking QA checks on the factory
- Providing you with a Sales Confirmation for final approval
- Placing an order on the factory and paying deposits as required
- Undertaking QC checks in production process
- Undertaking final QC check and trial assemblies before loading
- Providing you with the documentation required for UK customs
- Assistance in arranging container freight to UK
- Dealing with any issues you face after UK delivery
The product price also usually includes:-
- Arranging trips to Asia to for factory tours
- Agreeing itinerary, hotel bookings etc
- Accompaniment throughout the entire trip by one or more of our merchandising team together with someone from White Box Trading to ensure continuity
- Provision of local transport in Asia (Minivans etc)
- Travel and accommodation costs for our team (i.e. we pay for our team, not you)
The price does not include:-
Your costs for hotel, flights, trains, meals, visa’s etc
